Primary Attachment Therapy (P.A.T.)

As a therapist trained in Primary Attachment Therapy (P.A.T.), I offer a warm, safe, and attuned space where healing happens through real, present-moment connection. P.A.T. is a mindful, neuroscience-informed approach to therapy that helps clients transform old attachment patterns and build more secure, satisfying relationships—with themselves and with others.

Rather than focusing primarily on past stories or distant memories, we pay close attention to what is happening right now—in your body, your emotions, and especially in the relational space between us. This kind of immediate, loving presence creates powerful opportunities to heal early relational wounds and develop new pathways for trust, connection, and emotional safety.

Rooted in the somatic mindfulness of Hakomi, informed by Interpersonal Neurobiology and the Complex Integration of Multiple Brain Systems (CIMBS), P.A.T. blends science with deep human care. The work is creative, respectful, and often surprising—meeting you right where you are and inviting the possibility of lasting change.
